CUSTOM SERIES includes ranch, cape cod and two-story homes. Custom series homes offer the home buyer a wide array of optional features, color selections and modifications (Many at NO-CHARGE!).

NU-HART SERIES, while offering fewer options and features, provides the buyer a home that is of an equally high quality, but is more affordable.

All homes are built in accordance with applicable state and local codes governing one- and two-family dwellings (BOCA/CABO, not HUD). Every house is inspected by the State of Indiana as well as third-party inspections where required by the destination state.
